Abstract:
The abundance of lithium in stars provides crucial information about their evolution and is closely linked to their age, mass, and internal physical processes. Open clusters' members share similar origins, ages, chemical abundances, and motion patterns, making them ideal for systematic studies on stellar formation and chemical evolution. This report will discuss the lithium abundance pattern of stars of varying masses in open clusters of different ages, possible mechanisms for the production of lithium-rich red giants, and briefly introduce research on planet-star interactions.
