Abstract:
Radio-loud active galactic nuclei are the most powerful cosmic engines radiating through the universe. The intrinsic properties deduced from multi-wavelengths observations, are continuously improving our understanding of active galactic nuclei physics. We know for the last decades that their spectral energy distribution from radio to gamma-ray is linked to the their large scale radio jets, as well as their accretion disk. However, numerous unexplained behaviours detected from their variabilities, jets morphology, and apparent motions in jets are still strongly challenging our understanding of their nature. I will present how we can use the numerical simulation of relativistic jet model to improve our understanding of the observed pc scale radio structure of jets and different spectral classes, which allow us to propose an interpretation of the observations.
