天文大数据研讨班第二期:高分辨率光谱

Astronomy Big Data Exploration Camp (ABDEC) II: High Resolution Spectroscopy


      2024年7月12日至16日,天文大数据研讨班第二期:高分辨率光谱在新利18体育新召开。来自北京大学、北京师范大学、中国科学院国家天文台、清华大学、厦门大学、山东大学、上海交通大学、上海天文台、云南大学、云南天文台、西华师范大学、中国科学技术大学、、澳门科技大学、奥地利科学技术研究所等国内外高校和研究机构的100余位专家学者、博士后、研究生参加了研讨班。新利18体育新所长刘晓为教授致欢迎词。

      研讨会期间,与会学者以“高分辨率光谱的预处理”、“高分辨率光谱提取和分析高精度视向速度”、“高分辨率光谱提取恒星参数和元素丰度”、“高分辨率光谱分析恒星参数的自动化实现”、“高分辨率光谱观测行星大气”、“高分辨率光谱中的星际吸收线”为主题,建立了多个研究小组,给小组成员密切协作,深入开展课题讨论和研究。研讨班致力于召集感兴趣的同行,共同学习和探讨一系列高分辨率光谱研究相关主题,助力学生和年轻学者短期内提升高分辨率光谱数据处理和分析技能。



    From July 12 to 16, 2024, the second session of the Workshop on Astronomical Big Data: High-resolution Spectroscopy was held at the SWIFAR, Yunnan University. More than 100 experts and scholars from Peking University, Beijing Normal University, National Astronomical Observatories of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Xiamen University, Shandong University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai Astronomical Observatory, Yunnan University, Yunnan Observatory, China West Normal University, University of Science and Technology of China, Macao University of Science and Technology, Austrian Institute of Science and Technology and other universities and research institutes at home and abroad, Postdocs and postgraduates attended the seminar. Professor Xiaowei Liu, Director of the South-Western Institute for Astronomical Research, delivered the welcome speech.

    During the seminar, the participants focused on the topics of "Pretreatment of high-resolution spectra", "high-resolution spectral Extraction and Analysis of high-precision radial velocity", "High-resolution spectral Extraction of stellar parameters and element abundance", "Automated implementation of high-resolution Spectral Analysis of stellar parameters", "High-resolution Spectral Observation of planetary Atmospheres", "Interstellar absorption Lines in High-Resolution Spectra". A number of research groups have been established to work closely with group members to carry out in-depth discussion and research. The seminar aims to bring together interested peers to study and explore a range of topics related to high-resolution spectral research, helping students and young scholars to improve their skills in high-resolution spectral data processing and analysis in a short period of time.
